TAKEOVER (2025) is a new action-thriller film starring Jason Statham as a former covert operative forced out of retirement when a dark tech conglomerate plots to take control of global security through an out-of-control artificial intelligence weapon.

Statham’s character — Jack Mason — has left behind his violent past, living in secrecy after a haunting mission failure. But when a former intelligence colleague is assassinated and top-secret data is stolen, Jack is pulled back into the fight. He must face off against high-tech assassins, traitors within the system, and a conspiracy that threatens to plunge the world into chaos.
